As part of the London Festival of Architecture, Lake Estates acted as
promoter and patron for French collective EXYZT with Sara Muzio and curated by The Architectural Foundation to
create an outdoor lido and urban beach on one of our 'fallow' sites for
local people to use for free - the Southwark Lido.
Even though the lido was only open for a few short weeks, the project
was a huge success, visited and enjoyed by people from all over the UK.
