Lake Estates - a real estate investment company - is more than just a group of buildings, it is a family owned business which has been operating for almost thirty years.

Lake Estates owns and manages approximately 60,000 square feet of commercial property in London, specialising in the historically commercial locations of North Southwark and Clerkenwell.

Our broad skill set enables us to engage in the development process from start to finish including: identifying land and opportunities, undertaking initial design and feasibility studies, appointment of the professional team, obtaining planning, funding and grant aiding, supervising construction, overseeing the marketing campaign and, finally, managing completed developments.
